However, any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the point of contact listed below and must be received no later April 15, 2026, 16:00 PM Paramaribo Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
