Reissue of Solicitation of Offers - This solicitation replaces WS5465716942 (Feb 19, 2026; closed Mar 20, 2026). A debriefing or feedback session is available on request to Offerors from the previous solicitation. PSPC requires labour, materials, and equipment for demolition, dismantling, supply, and construction of cantilever racking systems at Bldg. D200, Halifax Dockyard, CFB Halifax, NS. Work must be completed within 32 weeks of contract award. This is Phase 2 of a 2-phase process; only pre-qualified Phase 1 suppliers may bid. Site Visit: Optional; see tender documents. Enquiries: Submit all enquiries through SAP Ariba Messages at least 5 calendar days before closing. Estimated cost: $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
