Introduction S cope of work, duties and responsibilities The scope of work , roles, and responsibilities of the expert recruited under this Project are: Mapping of the RRR landscape in Malaysia : Detail current legislation, policies and national frameworks related to the RRR of refrigerants , existing RRR operational procedures of all reclaim centres in Malaysia and their business models. Gather information and d etail the current demand for refrigerants and the RRR needs, specified by each HCFC . A ssess gaps related to the current RRR practices and operational procedures in Malaysia and study best practices from other countries for comparison. Analyse international RRR best practice s and make recommendation on a harmonised and streamlined guideline for RRR activities and processes for Malaysia .
