SECO is looking for consultancy services to develop and budget the priority intervention areas of SEMP Phase II in a design study, ensuring they respond effectively to the needs of the Albanian authorities and municipalities and maximize SECO’s impact. Subsequently, as an optional service, to successfully implement SEMP Phase II in close alignment with the Albanian authorities, municipalities and SECO. Overview of the services to be awarded: * Basic Contract: Design Study for SEMP Phase II * Option 1: Implementation of Inception Stage of SEMP Phase II * Option 2: Implementation of Main Implementation Stage of SEMP Phase II * Option 3: Implementation/Execution of Investment measures
