Nes municipality would like to enter into contracts for the procurement, operation and maintenance of PLC installations. The contract includes: 1. A Framework agreement automation for upgrading plc installations on the existing installations and co-ordination with operational control installations. 2. A SSA-V maintenance contract PLC system. 3. SSA-T procurement of an Operations Control System
