Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI, further RFIs and/or a solicitation or other announcements may be published. \nThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing Lenalidomide medication.\nSTATEMENT OF WORK\nLENALIDOMIDE MEDICATION\n\nIntroduction\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs requires a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Lenalidomide. Lenalidomide is an oral immunomodulatory medication that treats several types of blood cancers. As the required dosage will vary depending on individual patient and provider decisions, the Government is unable to specify the exact quantity needed for each dosage. The contractor is to provide pricing for all dosage strengths, and each station will place orders as needed at the prices negotiated under this contract.\n\nPeriod of Performance: 1-year after award\n\nDelivery:\nThe contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of medication to specified location upon ordering in accordance with the requirements outlined. \nThe medication should be provided in the required quantities and formulation as specified.\nThe contractor must ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation conditions (temperature control if required) of the medication to maintain its integrity and compliance with all applicable regulations.\n\nPayments:\nPayments shall be made upon delivery and acceptance by individual medical centers. The contractor shall use the purchase order (PO) number when submitting for payment through Tungsten network website https://portal.tungsten-network.com. \n\nThe list of DRAFT characteristics is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive, of the supplies/services that are required. \nIf your company is interested and capable of providing the required supplies/services, please provide the information indicated below.
