{"description":" Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements \n\n The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, NM, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Dentsply North America, Inc., Hu-Friedy Mfg, Co., LLC, Healthmark Industries Co., Inc., Henry Schein, Inc., and Ultradent Products, Inc., for Various Dental Supplies, Medical Supplies, Medical Materials, Hand Instruments, and Equipment Accessories, such as lidocaine, periodontal scalers, autoclave pouches/wraps, IV catheters, rotary files, various burs, toothpaste, toothbrushes, gauzes, cups, nose cones, scissors, keyboard covers, on an as-needed basis for patient urgent/routine care services. \n\n The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with 4 option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. \n\n No further awards will be made unless the need for Shiprock Service Unit, Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center in Bloomfield, NM, changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. \n\n Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 02/27/2026 by 04:30 PM MT.
