Pain Management Services - Community Service 2026

ACC is seeking responses from suppliers with the required capability and expertise to deliver Community Pain Management Services that provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for Clients who: • have chronic pain lasting 3 months or more, and / or • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and / or • Suspected CRPS The requirement for the Services must be as a result of a personal injury which is covered by ACC and excludes Tertiary Level Specialist Interventions. The new contract will commence on 1 December 2026 with an initial term of 3 years with two further contract extension periods of 2 years each (3+2+2). ACC has hosted two webinars ahead of the release of the RFP documents: • The first webinar on the proposed changes and future direction was released on Monday 2 March 2026 at 12:30pm • The second webinar on the confirmed changes and tender information was released on Friday 13 March at 12:30pm A copy of the presentation, transcript and Q&As is available with this RFP.
