To ensure adequate interment capacity across the district, for the next 50 years, additional land must be identified and acquired for the purpose of a new district wide cemetery. The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a comprehensive district-wide programme of site identification, assessment and selection, to identify and rank suitable sites.
