Mid-Shore Multi-Mission (MSMM) Contract Design

Description

All required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by November 14th 2025 at 14:00 EST. The CCG requires professional services to develop a vessel design Technical Data Package, including design drawings and construction specifications appraised by a Classification Society for the Mid-Shore Multi-Mission (MSMM) vessel project. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. Canada requires Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan commitment letter. Canada will hold an Offeror’s conference virtually on Monday, September 22nd, 2025, beginning at 12:00 PM EST. Each Offeror must include a letter from each of its selected SSIs. To obtain the list of qualified SSIs and their contact details, a signed Solicitation Non-Disclosure Agreement is required. TDP Hull Form Models is available to offerors during the solicitation period and shall be provided after the Contract Authority receives the appropriate signed Non-disclosure Agreement from an offeror.
