Suppliers are invited to submit a proposal to deliver a compliant and fully functional Two Pan Precast Concrete Toilet at the Pookeno Sports Park. We require the contractor to: • Building Consents: Managing all Building Consent requirements for off-site build, design inputs and onsite works and commissioning. • Offsite Build: Build the toilet unit off-site fully compliant with the approved contractor supplied detailed design. • Transport: Manage all transportation to site including any permits or traffic management plans. • Enabling Works & Onsite Installation: Cover all installation including enabling works for foundations, connection to pathways and connection to existing services.
