If so, should the cost of emergency processing be included in the monthly unit pricing, or priced as a separate line item? \nYes, emergency processing should be included as a separate line item\n \nStatement of Work\nNWIHCS Imaging\nRadiation Dosimetry Contract\n\nBackground: Provide radiation safety badges (dosimeters) to NWIHCS employees who are exposed to radiation as a function of their employment, as well as environment monitors for specified areas of NWIHCS buildings that contain equipment which emits radiation.\nPurpose of Project: To establish objective, technically defensible evaluation criteria for occupational radiation dosimetry services supporting a federal medical facility with extensive fluoroscopic, nuclear medicine, and research operations.\nWe currently order dosimeters through Landauer. We enter a 2237 to obligate the funds and then pay for them on a credit card out of FCP 023 when we are invoiced quarterly. We would like to streamline the ordering and invoicing process through the utilization of a contract. \nStatement of Work\nDescription of Work: Contractor will provide dosimeters to all employees who are exposed to radiation as a function of their employment and for specified areas of the hospital requiring monitoring outlined by the Radiation Safety Officer. Frequency of monitoring will be quarterly or monthly as determined by Radiation Safety Officer and contractor will provide each monitor as ordered.
