Contract team personnel must hold DOD clearances at the level of SECRET or higher. \n\n Contractor personnel performing services or providing delivery under the contract must be citizens of a NATO nation and have appropriate professional training and experience. \n\n The reference for this contract is IFIB-ACT-SACT-26-17 and all correspondence concerning the contract should include this reference. \n\n REQUIREMENT \n\n Please see attached. \n\n BIDDING PROCEDURE \n\n NCP requires that the U.S. Government issue a DOE for potential U.S. prime contractors interested in this project. Before the U.S. Government can do so, however, the U.S. Government must approve the U.S. firm for participation in NCP. U.S. firms are approved for NCP on a facility-by-facility basis. \n\n The U.S. NCP application is a one-time application.
