Columbia River Disposal Inc has fulfilled this requirement annually. \n\n The statutory authority for this is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) and RFO FAR 6.103-1(b). \n\n \n\n A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED \n\n The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District (NWP) intends to solicit/award a firm-fixed price (FFP), single source services procurement to Columbia River Disposal Inc, for the performance of refuse and natural debris disposal services at Bonneville Dam in Skamania County, Washington. \n\n \n\n THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS \n\n Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement that they have ability to supply the required services meeting the government’s need in this area. If no affirmative written responses are received by 2:00 PM PDT on 18 MARCH 2026 , the solicitation will be made directly to Columbia River Disposal Inc. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
