NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. \n\n 2. Purpose \n\n NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing port services to U.S. Navy ships during port visits throughout Japan. This information will support future contracting actions and operational planning. \n\n 3. Background \n\n U.S. Navy ships require a range of routine and non‑routine services during port visits, typically requested via LOGREQ. The Government seeks to identify vendors capable of providing these services across multiple Japanese ports . \n\n 4. Requested Services \n\n Respondents should indicate which services they can provide in each port they support. Services include, but are not limited to: \n\n \n\t Shore power \n\t CHT offload \n\t Trash offload \n\t Food provisions \n\t Mail handling \n\t Potable water \n\t Oily waste removal \n\t Lightweight brow \n\t Additional port services (security, line handlers, transportation, etc.) \n \n\n 5. Requested Information \n\n For each port supported, provide: \n\n A. Port Coverage \n\n List all Japanese ports where your company can provide services. \n\n B. Services Provided \n\n Identify which services are provided directly and which require subcontracting. \n\n C. Response Time \n\n Typical lead time from request to service delivery. \n\n D. Workforce and Facilities \n\n \n\t Whether you maintain local personnel and equipment \n\t Whether you rely on fly‑away teams \n\t Any port‑specific limitations \n \n\n E. Company Information \n\n \n\t Company name, address, CAGE code, UEI \n\t Point of contact (name, phone, email) \n\t Relevant past performance supporting U.S. or allied naval vessels \n \n\n 6.
