We have procured design consultants and now intend to award the Pe-construction Services Agreement (PCSA) following a two-stage procurement process. . The first stage commences with this ROI with the purpose of: • Providing information on the Project including the high-level contract pathway and pricing structure. • Providing an indicative timeline for the procurement of the preconstruction contractor (Construction Consultant). • Inviting suitably qualified Respondents to register their interest to be involved in this procurement process. • Evaluating those Respondents to enable CID to determine a shortlist of Respondents to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) stage.
