{"description":" USS ROBERT SMALLS (CG 62) REPLACE NONSKID SYSTEM \n\n MASTER AGREEMENT FOR THE REPAIR AND ALTERATION OF VESSELS (MARAV): In the event \nthe successful offeror possesses an active Master Agreement for Repair and Alteration of Vessels (MARAV) with \nthe U.S. Navy in the form of either a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair \n(ABR), award for this requirement will be made in the form of a firm fixed price job order under the applicable \nagreement and all of the terms and conditions of the offer's existing MARAV will apply. \n\n Firms who do not possess an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award. \n\n Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly \nauthorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. \n\n 1.USS ROBERT SMALLS (CG 62): NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (NAVSUP FLCY) has a new \nrequirement in support of the USS ROBERT SMALLS (CG 62). The repair and maintenance package of work items are \nincluded as Task Group Instruction (TGI) provided in ATTACHMENT (I). \n2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 20-FEB-2026 through 20-MAR-2026 \n3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Government Facility \n4. OFFER: Offerors must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 9-DEC-2025 at 10:00 \nAM Japan Standard Time (JST). \n5. WORK ITEM INFORMATION: Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as ATTACHMENT (I) may only be accessed through DoD SAFE.
