We are interested in understanding how suppliers can provide a modern, integrated, and scalable end to end people technology solution, encompassing discovery, design, implementation, and build, rather than advisory or standalone consultancy services. The objective is to establish a cohesive people technology solution/ecosystem that enhances employee and leader experience, reduces organisational and compliance risk, assists with workforce management and enables robust, data driven decision making. A key driver is the reduction of reliance on manual processes, particularly in high risk areas such as remuneration, compliance, and reporting, and the resolution of a highly fragmented current systems landscape. Solutions should also enable meaningful employee and leader self service beyond basic transactions, supported by automation/workflow that promote consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
