Procurement of IT Operational Services

Description

The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) is an implementation body for the integration policy. IMDi shall, as a management body and competence centre, strengthen the municipalities ́, sector authorities and other cooperation partners ́ knowledge and competence on integration and diversity, so that their social assignment can be carried out in the best possible way. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer who can deliver operational services for IMDi's current and future IT systems, as well as function as a competence and cooperation partner in setting out services. The tenderer shall. offer a comprehensive service spectrum, including the hire of a place for the customer ́s equipment in a suitable data hall (colocation), operation of infrastructure and platforms, as well as operation with responsibility for applications and the accompanying underlying service teams.
