Assess how Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) in selected Southeast Asian countries are engaging with emerging policy and governance developments, including OECD accession processes, Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and related labour and business reforms. Examine EBMO positioning, policy engagement capacity, leadership involvement and preparedness to support member enterprises. Provide recommendations to strengthen employer engagement, institutional capacity and future ILO support
