Consultant - Confluence Platform Engineer and Delivery Support (Part-time)

Description

The Traditional Knowledge Division (TKD) operates several digital services supporting intellectual property training, mentoring, rights management information support and matchmaking. These services are delivered through an enterprise collaboration and delivery platform based primarily on Atlassian Confluence and associated integration components, and are integrated within WIPO’s overall information technology architecture. The objective of this assignment is to provide complementary senior-level technical support to the existing platform contractor, with a focus on Confluence-based platform engineering, operational continuity and delivery capacity. The Consultant will assist in maintaining, evolving and improving the platform and its ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, scalability and alignment with WIPO technical and governance standards. Part-time activity rate (approximately 96 working days in 12-month period).
