NAICS Code : 621399- Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners \n\n a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. \n\n 2. Description : The request is for an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to be provide non-personal healthcare services for the Albuquerque Indian Dental Clinic located at 9169 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, 87120. The request will be for 27 hours per week for a total of 52 weeks per year. \n\n ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \n\n Responses to this notice should include the following: \n\n 1.)
