All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on March 18th, 2026 by 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Common Heavy Equipment Replacement (CHER) Project - Bundle 1 is seeking to replace the Canadian Armed Forces’ (CAF) Armoured Dozers, Graders, Excavators, Compactors, and Loaders in order to address a capability deficiency and to improve CAF mobility, counter-mobility, survivability and sustainment capabilities.
