L'accord-cadre a pour objet l'acquisition de compteurs et services annexes, ainsi que le fonctionnement et la maintenance. Le Bénéficiaire a la possibilité de recourir à des prestations de fonctionnement et/ ou de maintenance, sans avoir à acheter des compteurs. Pour recourir à ces prestations, il n'est pas imposé au Bénéficiaire d'avoir des compteurs fournis par le Titulaire.
