Ziel ist es, eine herstellerneutrale, modular aufgebaute Plattform zu entwickeln, die eine standardisierte Integration, Überwachung und Servicierung von Anlagen im sicherungstechnischen Eisenbahnumfeld ermöglicht. Ein besonders relevanter Anwendungsfall ist das Digitale Stellwerk (DSTW) mit seinen zugehörigen Systemkomponenten und Schnittstellen.
