Chaque lot donnera lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire conclu sans montant minimum annuel et pour un montant maximum annuel, en application des articles L2125 - 1 ; R2161 - 1 à 6 et R2161 - 13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique.
