Summary
Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est organisé en application notamment des articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1°, R. 2162-3 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du code de la commande publique. En application des articles R 2162-2 alinéa 2, R. 2162-3 et R. 2162-4 du code de la commande publique, la présente consultation aboutira à un accord-cadre à bons de commandes et à marchés subséquents mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec maximum. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu à compter de la date de notification. Une phase préparatoire est réalisée de la date de notification jusqu'à la date de prise d'effet afin de mettre en place les prestations objet du présent accord-cadre. Il démarrera à la date de prise d'effet convenue d'un commun accord entre le titulaire et l'acheteur et actée dans la mise au point pour une durée maximale de 4 ans fermes
