Summary
The National Gallery of Australia (NGA) is seeking to build a relationship with a suitably capable plumbing and hydraulics maintenance supplier who will deliver, under contract, plumbing and hydraulic system maintenance at its Parks and Hume Facilities including but not limited to:• Planned maintenance;• Breakdown and reactive repairs;• Management of all aspects of the contract, including but not limited to:o co-ordination and oversight of maintenance activities,o contract transition management,o detailed reporting and documentation of maintenance work,o ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines, ando registration management of key assets;• The supply of all necessary consumables for maintenance tasks;• Efficient mobilisation of resources and personnel to service sites;• Management of the inventory and supply chain for maintenance materials; and• Updated hydraulic plans.
