Summary
RFx ID: 32281989Organisation: Accident Compensation CorporationOpen date: Friday, 15 August 2025 2:00 PM +12:00Close date: Tuesday, 16 September 2025 5:00 PM +12:00Categories: 43230000 - SoftwareRegion: New ZealandOverview: The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and the range of solutions that may be available for updating ACC's actuarial modelling technology. This RFI is for information purposes only. It will not be evaluated, will not be used to create a shortlist, and will not result in a contract award. However, it is an excellent opportunity to provide early input into a solution that could affect you. The RFI may result in a formal RFx / Notice of Procurement being issued on GETS. ACC is exploring options for a cloud-native actuarial modelling solution that can provide robust and efficient outputs for actuarial services. This would support various actuarial calculations, data analysis, and reporting requirements. We are looking to understand what cloud-based off-the-shelf solutions (or combination of solutions) currently exist. For this RFI, ACC is requesting detailed information on: Overview of the proposed technology solution Key features and functionalities Implementation approach and timeline Case studies or examples of similar implementations Scalability and flexibility of the solution Support and maintenance options, including training for end users Cost estimates Specific requirements are provided in Appendix A, attached to the RFI Response Form. For the purposes of this RFI, ACC is not looking for suppliers to design and build a custom solution, but is open to a product or combination of products that may require a small amount of customisation. Any proposed solution for ACC must be capable of meeting ACC’s security certification and accreditation once selected. This includes conformance with good practice security and privacy controls, specifically the NZ Information Security Manual (NZISM) and NZ Privacy Act 2020.
