The procurement includes the following areas: Mobile and landline communication platforms and integrations Administration and Self-Service Infrastructure and Technical Operation Coverage Improvement (outdoor and indoor) The services shall support digitalisation of work processes and be technically and operatively robust in stand-by, crisis and war. Tenderers shall be able to adapt the services to changes in volume and needs, including an increased number of users and geographical expansion as a result of the Norwegian Armed Forces long-term plan. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer, who shall cover the need for secure and stable telephony services in the sector. Tenderers wishing to participate in the prequalification must document technical and professional qualifications, financial capacity, as well as the ability to deliver in accordance with the requirements in the qualification documentation. The procurement ́s value Based on the expected development in need and service extent, the estimated total value for the interval IS NOK 364,000,000 – NOK 776 million. The maximum contract value, including all options, is set at NOK 950 million. This value represents an upper financial framework that cannot be exceeded. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the framework agreement when the maximum value is reached.
