The site has been demolished and cleared of all previous improvements. The scope of this project will include but not limited to, site grading, installation of hardscape features, installation of park amenities, landscaping, utility connections, installation of public art pieces, ADA compliance, and crime prevention through environmental design. The successful Bidder will be responsible for the complete construction of the park in accordance with the finalized design plans provided by Applied Sciences.
