El proyecto considera el mejoramiento integral de la sede comunitaria, incluyendo el recambio de la estructura de techumbre, revestimientos, aislación térmica, muro cortafuego y sistema de evacuación de aguas lluvias. Asimismo, contempla la construcción de servicios higiénicos, la instalación de pavimento cerámico en reemplazo del piso existente y la reparación de los sectores del techo y cielo afectados por humedad. Además, se ejecutarán obras de mejoramiento y normalización de las instalaciones eléctricas, de agua potable y alcantarillado, con el fin de mejorar las condiciones de seguridad, habitabilidad y funcionamiento del recinto “MEJORAMIENTO SEDE COMUNITARIA POBLACIÓN GLORIAS NAVALES, COMUNA SAN ESTEBAN”
