UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to service provider to conduct the research for the Status of Inequity in Immunization and Programmatic Implications. The objective of this consultancy is to produce a comprehensive assessment of inequities in immunization among children and women, including the development of analytical products, a Status of Inequity in Immunization Report, and policy brief(s). These outputs will synthesize key drivers of inequity and identify scalable, high-impact, and sustainable pathways for accelerating progress towards the equity goals of the Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030) and UNICEF’s Immunization Roadmap to 2030. Synthesize progress and gaps from 2019 to 2024/2025, and outline what is needed to accelerate progress toward 2030 and beyond. 3. Generate forward-looking evidence, including projections on zero-dose children in urban, minorities and underserved groups until 2050, investment case on costs of reaching the last child, building assets and agency of adolescent mothers and equity implications of lives saved through immunization as part of broader PHC. 4. Promote actionable country and subnational strategies, including targeting, service delivery optimization, private-sector engagement, financing and governance. 5. Create a recurring advocacy platform that can be institutionalized as a flagship UNICEF contribution to IA2030 and global immunization equity.
