Testing, commissioning and certification. User training, operation manuals and warranty documentation. The lift must comply with all relevant legislation and current standards, including the Equality Act 2010, Building Regulations, and applicable British Standards for passenger lifts. Tenders should demonstrate relevant experience of delivering similar accessibility projects and provide details of proposed timescales, costs, warranties and maintenance arrangements. Outline design proposal. Programme of works, including anticipated project duration. Breakdown of costs. Details of warranties and maintenance packages. Evidence of relevant insurance.
