The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center – Frederick, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract to La Place Glass Holdings, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for the procurement and installation of dual-reflective window tint in support of the VA facility located at 8000 Metropolis Dr., Bldg. Basis for Sole Source The Government intends to award to La Place Glass Holdings, LLC on a sole source basis after determining that this SDVOSB is a responsible source capable of performing the requirement, and that an award to this firm is appropriate under the authorities cited above.
