Tender summary

Scope: The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance services at Kona and Honolulu Air Traffic Control  Tower (ATCT). For the elevators identified in the contract, documents must be properly maintained such that at the end of the contract period they will be substantially in the same condition with respect to performance, cleanliness, safety, wear, and appearance as at the beginning of the contract period for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Facilities as specified in the attached Appendix/Appendices. The respective Statement of Work is subject to change before the final solicitation is advertised. Location of Elevators: KONA ATCT 73-230 WEKEULA ST. KAILUA-KONA HAWAII 96740 HONOLULU ATCT 760 WORCHESTER AVE HONOLULU, HAWAII 96818 NOTE: The Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer are located in the Seattle Regional Office.
