Für RL1 umfasst der Auftrag zusätzlich Aufbau und Betrieb der bodengebundenen Bestell-, Dispositions-, Warenhandling- und Fallback-Prozesse (inkl. Online-Bestellplattform und Vor-Ort-Personal/Depot).
