Introduction Description of the Assignment: Consultant for the Preparation of the Project Identification Form (PIF) for the project “Building Resilience and Transforming Livelihoods through System-Based Adaptation in Rwanda” Period of assignment/services: 35 days over a 7-month period (July 2026 – January 2027) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
