La presente licitación tiene por objeto adjudicar el contrato de arriendo del inmueble municipal denominado “Casino Municipal de Mejillones”, ubicado en Pasaje Arturo Prat N° 285, comuna de Mejillones, para su explotación comercial como restaurante o establecimiento de similar naturaleza, con fines turísticos y recreativos. El adjudicatario deberá destinar el inmueble exclusivamente a los fines señalados, quedando prohibido su uso para actividades distintas, así como su subarriendo o cesión, total o parcial, sin autorización expresa del arrendador. ARRIENDO INMUEBLE CASINO MUNICIPAL DE MEJILLONES, para su explotación comercial como restaurante o establecimiento de similar naturaleza, con fines turísticos y recreativos, de acuerdo a Bases Administrativas y Técnicas adjuntas.
