The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement from competent companies who are qualified, have required licenses and authorization from IATA/ICAO for Supply and Delivery of IATA/ICAO Manuals such as (i.e IATA Airport Handling Manual, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, IATA DGR ,Operators ICAO doc 9481, Heavy Equipment ICAO Doc 9284) to MONUSCO on the basis of DAP- MONUSCO Logistics Base, Entebbe, Uganda (Incoterms 2010). Specific Requirements/Information Interested companies are invited to submit their EOIs through the following link: https:/ungm.org/Public/Notice In case of technical challenges in submitting your interest, you are advised to contact kitengeaziza@un.org; cecilia.sessiodametey1@un.org with copy to kibukamusoke@un.org; boy@un.org and ngonyo@un.org. In addition to the information contained in this REOI, interested vendor should ensure the following minimum requirements are met: 1) Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. 2) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. Important Notice: 3) This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4) Women-owned businesses and businesses owned by persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate. 5. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements
