Tender summary
The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) seeks to engage a /qualified Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide dedicated, high-capacity internet connectivity with unfettered access to the World Wide Web at its premises at Oea Village, Janzour, Tripoli, Libya. The objective is to procure a reliable and high-performance Internet Service Provider for UNSMIL with the following characteristics: • Dedicated 200 Mbps symmetrical bandwidth capacity • Primary connectivity via microwave link originating from Tripoli City • Minimal number of repeater points to reduce latency • Fully redundant secondary connection via an alternate medium (fibre, satellite or microwave with a different path) • Physically diverse routing independent of Abdjalil PBX infrastructure. If this cannot be avoided, their failover must completely bypass Abdjalil PABX infrastructure. The service shall terminate at UNSMIL facilities in Oea Village, Janzour.
