The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requires the procurement of enterprise licenses for an AI-powered process documentation and playbook automation platform (Scribe by Colony Labs, Inc. part numbers NPN-COLON-HUBMA, NPN-COLN-VIEW, NPN-COLN-CREAT-A, and NPN-COLON-CREAT-B, or an equivalent product meeting the minimum functional specification describing herein.). The platform enables authorized personnel to rapidly capture desktop or browser-based standard operating procedures through screen recording, automatically generate editable step-by-step guides and playbooks with screenshots and annotations, organize content into governed teams/hubs with granular access controls, and distributed interactive documentation for training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge management, and operational efficiency across the agency. The Procurement includes exactly one (1) Hub Management Module, fifty (50) Creator License (10 at the first-tier pricing level and 40 at the second-tier pricing level), an two thousand five hundred (2,500) Viewer Licenses for one (1) year term from the date of license activation or as otherwise specified in the resulting contract. All licenses shall include standard maintenance, software updates, and technical support through the term.
