The building works will include external block wall construction, external wall completions, and internal wall finishes to create a durable and functional indoor sports environment. A key element of the project will be the installation of 250mm hollow core slabs with a 100mm structural screed, providing a strong and level base for the facility, followed by the fitting of a high-quality floating solid timber gymnasium floor suitable for sporting and recreational use. The project will also include electrical and plumbing services, windows and doors, and associated external hard landscaping to complete the facility for use by the club and wider community.
