The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from qualified Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services firms (each, a Consultant) to provide comprehensive support for the construction of the Farmwell Road (Route 625) Intersection, Pedestrian, and Bicycle Improvements Project from 0.036 miles west of Ashburn Road (Route 641) to 0.241 miles east of Waxpool Road (Route 640) (Project).The Consultant selected through this competitive procurement process will provide full-time on-site inspection, construction administration, materials sampling and testing, documentation management, and related engineering and compliance support necessary to ensure that all construction activities conform to the approved plans, specifications, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) standards, and the Construction Contract requirements.
