Tender summary
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the overall guidance of the ILO and in close coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the consultant will support the development of a National Action/Implementation Plan for the implementation of Convention No. 190 in Armenia. The consultant will review existing legislation, policies, strategies and relevant assessments, including the ILO gap analysis, identify key priorities and entry points for implementation, facilitate consultations with relevant stakeholders, and develop a draft and final Action/Implementation Plan with clear objectives, actions, timelines, responsible institutions and monitoring arrangements. The consultant will ensure that the process is participatory, evidence-based, gender-responsive and aligned with the principles of tripartism and social dialogue.
