Tender summary
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified vendors to partner in delivering efficient, sustainable yard waste recycling services. This project focuses on transforming vegetative debris into valuable, beneficial products—such as compost and mulch—supporting environmentally responsible practices and resource recovery. Vendors will manage the recycling of unprocessed yard waste collected at two City brush sites, each receiving approximately 10,000 to 14,000 tons annually. This material consists exclusively of vegetative debris, including tree trimmings, leaves, grass, palm material, and other landscaping byproducts. Vendors may also be asked to assist with transportation from other City brush sites during peak demand periods or emergency situations.
