Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an external evaluator to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the project “Setting Adequate Wages – A Focus on Agriculture” (SAW-A), funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The evaluation will assess project progress from August 2024 to July 2026 in Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire and Ethiopia, as well as relevant global activities. The evaluator will review project documentation, conduct stakeholder consultations and interviews, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and assess the project's relevance, validity of design, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact orientation. The evaluation will generate findings, recommendations, lessons learned and good practices to support project implementation and organizational learning. The assignment is home-based and will result in the submission of an inception report, draft evaluation report, final evaluation report and evaluation summary in accordance with ILO evaluation standards.
