The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to assist the System in identifying and securing a Caregiver solution for the Travis County Healthcare District System that meets the following objectives: • Vendor has an excellent public image and positive regional/ national reputation across communities. • Excellent customer service that makes accessing care easy for the members to obtain. • Delivers high-quality, cost-effective coverage that enhances the System’s team member benefit program. • Partner with vendor capable of delivering superior ongoing support to both the System and its benefits administration team. • One award will be given for the Caregiver program based on evaluation criteria.
