Justificación Técnica de la Contratación Se requiere licitar el servicio de arriendo de una ambulancia tipo AEB con tripulación, bajo sistema de cuarto turno, destinada a la realización de traslados de pacientes del Hospital Base de Puerto Montt. El objetivo de esta contratación es garantizar la calidad, oportunidad y seguridad en el transporte asistencial de pacientes, asegurando la continuidad operativa del servicio de movilización al aumento mantenido de la demanda y la necesidad de contar con recursos humanos y técnicos especializados. La ambulancia deberá cumplir con las normas técnicas del Ministerio de Salud y con los estándares de equipamiento, mantención y seguridad vigentes, incluyendo conductor profesional y TENS acreditado, ambos con jornada en sistema de cuarto turno.
