Tender summary
ESCAP is seeking expressions of interest from qualified manufacturers for the supply and door-to-door delivery of a Premium Sedan (Full EV) and its logistic support services (spare parts, warranty, training, etc.), including the installation of a flagpole, throughout the vehicles' entire life. Specifications: 1. Vehicle engine: Full Electric Vehicle (EV) that has a battery instead of a gasoline tank, and an electric motor instead of an internal combustion engine and is powered entirely by electricity from a battery that requires recharging. 2. Vehicle type: Premium Sedan that can be used for transportation of up to three/four passengers plus driver in 2 rows of seats, with 4 side doors (2 on each side for passenger access) and a cargo area. ESCAP expects the successful vendor to supply brand new vehicle(s) mentioned above, including after-sales support services (e.g., spare parts, warranty, tools, training, etc.) throughout the whole life cycle of the equipment, estimated to be 5 years. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest is not for refurbished vehicles. Detailed technical specifications, quantities and support requirements shall be provided to vendors in the solicitation document.
